Step by step for LTL orders / shipments
STEP 1
Order placement.
STEP 2
BuyRVFridge representative processes the order and contacts the customer to confirm details.
STEP 3
An inspection of the unit is performed to ensure the product is in optimal condition prior to shipment.
STEP 4
Once item passes inspection, collection of the unit is arranged with an available LTL Freight carrier.
STEP 5
Unit gets palletized and secured for shipment.
STEP 6
The BuyRVFridge shipping team documents the pre-shipment condition of the unit with photos and provides those photos to customer via email or text message (according to customer details.)
STEP 7
Freight carrier collects order.
STEP 8
Freight company contacts customer to arrange delivery.
STEP 9
Unit is delivered resulting in a happy customer!
